Microsoft 365 Free for Students
Microsoft offers a free version of Microsoft Office 365 to college students. You can get your copy by using your school email address to sign up. Find out more, and sign up for your free copy.
Student Portal
To access your student portal to register for classes, accept financial aid, see your grades or pay your bill online.
Usernames for the student portal at your last name followed by your first name. i.e. Someone named John Smith would have the username: smithjohn
Student Email
OCU uses Gmail as our student email system. Your student email is your last name followed by your first name with no capitals or spaces. i.e. – John Smith would have the email: smithjohn@myocu.oak.edu
Student Handbooks and Documents
Campus Labs
OCU uses Campus Labs for campus-wide surveys and assessment. Login credentials for Campus Labs should match your login credentials for your Student Portal.
Moodle E-Learning Center
OCU uses the moodle system for E-Learning. If you need assistance with your moodle account, please contact Beth Wilkes at: bwilkes@oak.edu
