Accepted Student Days

During Accepted Student Day (ASD) you and your parents will come to campus and meet with faculty, staff, and current OCU students. You will also meet with an academic advisor to schedule your classes for the upcoming fall semester. We have some exciting activities planned so be ready to have some fun.

Transcripts You will not be able to register for classes at Accepted Student Day if we have not received: final high school transcript, any college/dual credit transcripts, or AP exam scores.

Students will join their OCU Student Ambassador in small groups

9:45-9:50am Brief overview of the class registration and scheduling process
Parent Session  
10:00-11:00am Panel with representatives from the following departments for questions:  Faculty, Billing, Student Life, Financial Aid, Housing, Career Services, Security, IT
11:00am-12:30pm Lunch in Dining Hall located in the Student Life Center #11 Parents will join their students for lunch once students finish their class registration session

Student Session

 
9:50-10:00am Student Ambassadors will guide students to appropriate faculty offices for registration or to an office for assessment testing.
10:00-11:00am Students register for the fall semester / discuss program with their faculty advisor.
11:00-12:30am After students are finished with their faculty advisor they may proceed to the Dining Hall to meet their parents for lunch.  Student Life Center #11

1:00-3:00pm Individual Financial Aid appointments (15 minute time slots)
12:30-3:00pm Campus tours available after lunch. Tours will depart from Murray Center 2nd Floor
