MBA-540 International Corporate Financial Policy

Students explore the importance of financial policy from a financial officer’s perspective.

Students will explore capital budgeting, factors in financial decision making, working capital management, dividend policies, mergers, and acquisitions. The course presents the origins and evolution of the global financial system, balance of payments, the international monetary system, international capital markets, and various risk mitigation tools. The course is designed to use case studies to facilitate the understanding of the various concepts.
