OCU Marks Constitution Day
Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the US Constitution by 39 brave men on September 17, 1787, recognizing all who are born in the US or have become citizens by naturalization.
The Constitution established America’s national government and fundamental laws, and guaranteed certain basic rights for its citizens. On September 17, 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the last time to sign the document they had created to form a more perfect union.
Oakland City University will be marking this year's Constitution Day, on September 17th, with quizzes and puzzles for it's students. Participating students will receive a chance at prizes.
