Student Portal and Email Changes

The Oakland City University Student Portal will require new login credentials effective immediately. Students wishing to log into their portal accounts should use the same username (last name followed by first name with no caps or spaces) and should use their birthdate as a password (mmddyyyy).
For example:
John Smith
Birthday: 06/02/1985
username: smithjohn
password: 06021985
The Student Email system will be down from 2:00PM Friday, August 17th, 2012 until Saturday August 18th, 2012. When the system comes back online, students will be directed to the new Gmail system. Their login and password requirements will match the new portal login and password requirements.
