OCU to Celebrate "Pi" Day

February 21, 2012 at 8:09 AM

On March 16th at 11:15 am in the cafeteria, the math club is hosting a pie in the face event as part of a celebration of Pi Day.  Fourteen faculty and staff have agreed to participate in this event.  During lunch in the cafeteria from February 27th through March 2nd and March 12th through March 14th, math club members will be taking monetary votes for the top three faculty or staff participants that need a pie in the face.  Each person who donates the most amount of money to the top three participants has the option of being the pie thrower.  Throughout the voting process, the math club will post a tally of current rankings of the participants and the top amount of donation.  People can donate as many times and as much as they want to make sure their favorite participant gets a pie.  So don’t miss this once in a life time opportunity to pie your professor.
