Lady Oaks Sweep Brescia
April 19, 2010 at 2:49 PM2008 - OCU traveled to Owensboro to pick up a straight-set win over the host Brescia Lady Bearcats. The Lady Oaks dominated the first two sets 25-14 and 25-15, while holding on for a 25-21 third set for the sweep. Junior Emily Prewitt paced OCU with 10 kills, five aces and three blocks. Senior Cortney Paro handed out 22 assists.
Karen Adams' squad is back in action Saturday afternoon against St. Catherine College at St. Catherine, Kentucky.
