Journal for the Liberal Arts & Sciences (JLAS)

Oakland City University sponsors the Journal for the Liberal Arts and Sciences. It is editorial board reviewed and a peer reviewed academic journal that serves as an outlet for the scholarly work of the OCU staff and faculty. In 2008 the journal’s formatting and its focus changed to add an editorial board of scholars from other colleges and universities. It seeks scholarly work in the various fields of arts, sciences, and education.

The journal has offered a broad range of articles with guest writers. From the latest ideas in literary theory and the latest research in teaching, to offering a special issue on Hoosier culture. The Journal for the Liberal Arts has offered many opportunities for faculty, staff, and scholars to publish their works. For more information visit Journal for the Liberal Arts & Sciences (JLAS)
