My name is Cassidy Nalley and I a psychology instructor, cross country coach, and counselor at Oakland City University. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern Indiana while working full-time at River Valley Behavioral Health and Ireland Home Based Services. I am an alumnus from Oakland City University, where I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. I attended Oakland City University on a cross country scholarship. While at Oakland City University I participated in several clubs, was a cheerleader, and maintained part-time employment. My experiences have allowed me to be more compassionate to students and their journey toward degree completion.

I am passionate in my pursuit for professional and personal growth and try to encourage my students to develop and implement the same passion and drive in their lives. I am certified as a QPR Gatekeeper Instructor and continue to complete continuing education learning within my profession.
I am married and expecting my first child this May. My hobbies include running, socializing with friends and family, and traveling. My professional goals consist of becoming more credentialed and specialized within the field of psychology and social services.
