Another Successful Athletic Auction!
Posted under: Dr. Mike Sandifar once again engineered a hugely successful Athletic Auction on Saturday, September 29th. The 2007 Auction tickets were sold out, with a record number of 331 attendees. At press time, the total amount raised was not yet available, but Dr. Sandifar stated that he was “99.9% positive that we exceeded last year’s total.”
With the four corners of Johnson Center filled with fantastic silent auction items, attendees were searching for the best bargains and hoping to be the highest bidder. The excellent meal was catered by Shyler’s BBQ of Evansville. Following the meal, over 70 items were offered in the live auction. It was an evening filled with fun, fellowship, good food and a vast array of items. Congratulations to the Athletic Department staff for an impressive production!
