Jeremy Marshall enters his second season at the helm of the men's and women's tennis teams’ at Oakland City University. The 28 year-old Marshall is a 1994 graduate of Wood Memorial High School in Oakland City, Indiana While at WMHS, played #1 singles and was a member of the school's first conference and sectional title team. Marshall graduated with a bachelor of arts in elementary education from Oakland City University and is currently an elementary school teacher for the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation. "I am very excited to be a part of this program. I also look forward to building a winning and respectable program. I have been very fortunate to be a part of many successful tennis programs and people in the tennis community." Coach Marshall has been a USTA
member for 12 years. Marshall spent 4 years coaching high school tennis
before moving to the college ranks. During his short time coaching
at the prep level, he helped guide Pike Central High School to a Conference
and Sectional title. He has spent several summers as a supervisor
for the Evansville Community Tennis Association (ECTA) summer |
