Also with homers in the game were 1st baseman Ben Noffisinger (above left) who drew the starting nods today, and shortshop Nic Skinner. Timely hits by the Mighty Oaks all contributed to a 16-3 win forcing the deciding game on a cool rainy Saturday afternoon. Game 5 – 12:30 Mid-Continent University 8 --- Oakland City University 0
HEY MOM, WE'RE GOING TO DISNEYWORLD!!
For the tournament the senior righthander threw 14 consecutive scoreless innings for what is surely one of the most dominant pitching performances in regional play.
Congratulations to both teams for being in this position, and we especially wish the Cougars much success in Florida.
