Dr. Micheal Pelt, Dean
Many busy adults who want to earn a college degree lack a workable plan, and most are not able to adjust their work and personal activities to fit within traditional college class schedules. Oakland City University understands that adults need associate, bachelor or master degree programs that allow them to earn degrees while keeping their personal and professional commitments. We also realize that adults desire a more accelerated and stimulating format. For many such reasons, working adults seek our accelerated undergraduate degree programs, as well as our similarly formatted Master Degree Program.

At Oakland City University, we provide quality, accredited courses designed to apply experiences to objectives, accelerating the education process. This format condenses course completion time by one-half to one-third the traditional time. Learners save even more time and money by securing credits through work and training experiences. The University also has online classes available. This unique blend of curriculum allows for degree completion in 18 months or less at a cost that is both reasonable and competitive with other colleges and universities.

Students learn business principles and communication skills that are applicable to the workplace. These valuable skills often lead to promotions or career changes for our students.

These exciting opportunities are close to home, with a variety of sites conveniently located throughout the state of Indiana, including Oakland City,  Indianapolis, Bedford, Evansville, and Rockport.
