Student Satisfaction Surveys
The process of testing, advisement, and registration provides staff at OCU with the opportunity to assess student satisfaction with the enrollment process and office staff. Three times per year, incoming students complete the survey following registration activities.
In the spring of 2011, Oakland City University conducted its first survey of dual credit students. Students taking dual credit courses through OCU were given a brief questionnaire to assess their opinions on the courses offered as well as the students’ plans for the future and the influence of the course on those plans.
