The Journal for the Liberal Arts and Sciences is an editorial board reviewed journal which offers a forum for academic discourse regarding theories and issues in the arts, the sciences, and education. JLAS is published three times per year by Oakland City University. While the journal is somewhat eclectic in scope, occasional issues will focus on thematic topics such as labor history, American literature, and mathematics. In JLAS , readers will find articles ranging from the practical to the theoretical, allowing for a wide breadth of analysis and academic insight.

Published three times every academic year (fall, spring, and summer), the yearly subscription rate for JLAS is $12.00 ($15.00 foreign) and $16.00 for institutions ($19 foreign). Please direct subscription requests to jlas@oak.edu or to the mailing address below.
